Lasorda Inducted To Albuquerque Hall Of Fame

Tommy Lasorda will be inducted into the Albuquerque Baseball Hall of Fame as its first member. How many other members would it have? Looking at players born there, the best choice would be Fred "Pudge" Haney, a utility infielder who played for Detroit, Boston, and St. Louis just after the first deadball era.

i nominate Mike Scioscia

In one of his books, Bill James identified Fred Haney as having done the worst managerial job ever (or one of?) with the 1959 Braves. Rob Neyer then defended Haney in his book about baseball blunders. James's interpretation seemed more credible.
