Diamondbacks DFA Kim, Kennedy
The Diamondbacks apparently found Byung-Hyun Kim's efforts not worth the effort, because they designated him for assignment after only two starts, during which he amassed a 23.63 ERA. The Snakes also DFA'd former Devil Ray and Athletic Joe Kennedy, called up righties Dustin Nippert and Jailen Peguero, and OF Jeff Salazar from AAA Tucson, and put Chad Tracy on the 15-day DL.
