Late: Giants Demote Zito To Bullpen

What's truly amazing is that the Coliseum is only a 15-20 minute car ride from AT&T Park. Why didn't the Giants have anyone scouting him? Those of us in NorCal who saw Zito pitch knew one thing---once the umpires quit calling his roundhouse curveball a strike, batters could lay off and wait for his 80 mph "fast" ball. All of which goes to prove Stoneman was a lot smarter than many Angel fans thought.
