Dodgers Call Up James McDonald
The Jeff-vs.-Jered Weaver matchup originally scheduled for Saturday has resulted in the callup of James McDonald from AAA Albuquerque, as the Dodgers felt they needed another long reliever to replace Jeff in the bullpen. Travis Schlichting was optioned back to Albuquerque to make room.
