Ervin Santana has declared himself healthy enough to return to the Show, and I suppose that Mike Scioscia is going to permit this. But having pitched only three innings, and without radar on his pitches or even an indicator of how many balls and strikes he threw, it seems foolish to me. The problem was always velocity; why isn't he being sent, at least, to AAA to make even one start at that level? I really don't buy it. But we'll see.
