Dodgers Allegedly Looking At Recently Released Ranger Vicente Padilla
So says the dolefully named Jon Paul Morosi. Padilla is expected to clear waivers on Wednesday.

LOL. Seriously, Rob, that's the funniest thing I've read in a long time. The idea of drunken headhunter Padilla playing for a NL team...All kidding aside, I think this definitely deserves the "stupid ideas" tag you sometimes use, because, well...Vicente Padilla.
They've been trying to kick him out the door since June. Tell you what, if the Dodgers actually acquire him, then I'll use the "stupid ideas" tag.
Actually, I wouldn't be too quick to use it even then. There's a chance he could prove productive in the NL, and especially in a park where it's not 110 every day.
