Rockies Disable Fowler
Via Jon, the Rockies disabled Dexter Fowler after his knee swelled up from a foul ball hitting it last night. The team called up OF Matt Murton to replace him.
Carlos Gonzalez, who has a cut hand, will get some help from OF Matt Murton, called up from AAA Colorado Springs. To make room, Adam Eaton, the winning pitcher from yesterday's game (and the unsung 14th inning offensive star for getting a bases-loaded walk) was optioned back down.
