The Eighth Is Enough: Dodgers 5, Diamondbacks 4
I flipped once or twice between this and the Angels game — c'mon, FiOS, get me a working picture-in-picture — and apparently I missed a heckuva ballgame, with the Dodgers pulling out the win in the eighth innning using a long two-out rally, depriving Billy Buckner of his third win for the year and making a loser of Daniel Schlereth. Schlereth faced Andre Ethier with the bags loaded and gave up the inning's penultimate RBI single; the go-ahead run was James Loney's RBI single, and apparently Orlando Hudson gave a ball a nice long drive for the final out. Sounds great...
