Yankees Choose Long Series; Red Sox Open At Angels Thursday
Via True Blue LA, the Yankees have chosen the eight-day schedule, which means the Angels will start their series against the Red Sox at home on Thursday.
Also: the Dodgers will bench Orlando Hudson in favor of Ronnie Belliard in the NLDS, and Chad Billingsley won't start until a game four; before him in the rotation will be Randy Wolf, Clayton Kershaw, and scrap-heap pickup Vicente Padilla. <eyes roll>
The Dodgers will start their series on Wednesday at home, at 6:37 PDT.
