Remember this? Well, theoretically it's now moving forward, with Robert Redford playing the role of Branch Rickey. No news on who has been cast in the Jackie Robinson role, though. (Via Abort McCourt on Facebook.)

Being that 90% of everything is crud (Sturgeon's Law), I wouldn't bet against you. But Redford knows what makes a decent movie, so I have some hope.
