Cora News
Yeah, I know, you all were panting for news of the Dodgers' wildly inconsistent former second baseman, Alex Cora. According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, he's an option for the Cards, albeit one listed at the end of the card table. Rotoworld thinks he would be a nice fit for the White Sox.
Geesh, pretty soon you'll start hearing about Dave Hansen... regular season, where are you?

No knocking Cora's D, but his 106 Rate2 actually came in below Jeff Kent's 108. Maybe UZR would show Kent as worse -- I don't know -- but the upside in Kent's bat is more than likely to overwhelm any difference in defense.
