Erstad Disabled (Confirmed)
I caught this on the crawl on ESPN's Sports Center program: Darin Erstad has been disabled. No word on a replacement, and no confirmation from any other source.
Update 5/8: Confirmed via AP. Juan Rivera will be reactivated; Erstad hasn't played since May 1, and has appeared in only 22 games.
Comments:
No surprises - In today's Angels pre-game notes, it noted that Darin was placed on the 15 day (retro to 5/1) and Juan was re-activated.
