E-Tracy
Via BTF, the Bucco Blog reacts to today's 9-3 Pirates loss in Roger Clemens' debut. Jack Wilson botched a play at short that allowed Jorge Posada to score:
The one thing I secretly worried about was that the Pirates are a partying team and they always go out after the first night in an away city. My worry seemed to be justified as they looked like they were still rolling drunk at game time.If this is true, it would seem that Jim Tracy has lost the team. There were concerns before Tracy was originally promoted to Dodgers manager in November, 2000 that he wasn't a sufficiently forceful personality. That might be biting him again in Pittsburgh.
