Jon Wilhite Taken Off Critical List
Jon Wilhite, the only surviving passenger in the car crash that killed Nick Adenhart, has been taken off the critical list at UCI Medical Center but is still in intensive care.
Wilhite’s uncle said in a statement the family’s thoughts were with the families of Adenhart and the other two people killed.“We are also overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support we have received since this senseless act of violence and ask for your continued prayers for Jon’s recovery,” Charles Wilhite wrote.
Wilhite, 24, of Manhattan Beach, played baseball from 2004-08 at Cal State Fullerton.
