Robothal: Manny Acta Doomed In Washington, To Be Replaced With Jim Riggleman
Something left over from yesterday: Ken Rosenthal reports that the Nationals are about to fire manager Manny Acta and replace him with former Dodgers bench coach (under Jim Tracy) Jim Riggleman. Riggleman has previous managerial stints with the Padres (1992-1994), Cubs (1995-1999), and Mariners (2008, as the interim manager; he also served as the team's bench coach last year).
