Scores

2008-06-02: Salt Lake 10, Tacoma 5 #
Coon: 2-6, 2 RBI, 1 K
Walker, C: 2-4, 1 2B, 1 RBI
Morales: 3-4, 1 2B, 1 BB
Sandoval, F: 2-5, 1 2B
Brown, D: 2-5, 1 2B, 1 RBI, 2 K
Pavkovich: 2-5, 1 HR, 2 RBI, 2 K
Patchett: 0-3, 2 BB, 1 K
Duff: 2-4, 2 2B, 2 RBI, 1 BB, 2 K
Moseley: (W, 1-2), 7.0 IP, 3 R, 3 ER, 7 H, 5 K, 2 BB, 1 HR, 6.45 ERA
Looks like that tendinitis or whatever it was (*cough*suck*cough*) cleared right up, as Dustin Moseley pitched a fine game, picking up his first win. Adam Pavkovich's two-run homer in the sixth capped scoring in that inning, which saw four Bees cross the plate. Salt Lake scored in crooked numbers in three different frames. Jason Bulger pitched a scoreless ninth to close the game out.
2008-06-02: San Antonio 4, Arkansas 1 (7 innings) #
Statia: 0-2
Sutton: 1-2, 1 HR, 1 RBI
Butcher: (L, 4-2), 6.0 IP, 4 R, 4 ER, 5 H, 2 K, 2 BB, 1 HR, 4.60 ERA
A pair of makeup doubleheader games, the Travs lost both, the first with Brok Butcher on the mound. At least this one they scored a run, Nate Sutton's leadoff homer in the third.
2008-06-02: San Antonio 4, Arkansas 0 (7 innings) #
Statia: 0-2, 1 BB
Edwards: (L, 0-2), 2.2 IP, 4 R, 4 ER, 4 H, 1 K, 3 BB, 2 HR, 4.06 ERA
Brandt: 2.0 IP, 0 R, 0 ER, 2 H, 4 K, 0 BB, 3.95 ERA
Rodriguez, R: 1.1 IP, 0 R, 0 ER, 1 H, 0 K, 0 BB, 3.00 ERA
Marek: 1.0 IP, 0 R, 0 ER, 0 H, 0 K, 0 BB, 2.59 ERA
2008-06-02: Rancho Cucamonga 8, Lancaster 6 #
Phillips: 0-5, 1 K
Ortiz, W: 4-5, 1 2B, 1 HR, 4 RBI
Trumbo: 3-4, 2 2B, 1 RBI
Conger: 1-5, 1 2B, 1 RBI
Mount: 1-5, 1 K
Rosario, Al: 2-4, 2 2B, 1 RBI
O'Sullivan: (W, 6-4), 5.1 IP, 5 R, 5 ER, 8 H, 3 K, 3 BB, 6.27 ERA
Browning: (H, 4), 1.1 IP, 0 R, 0 ER, 2 H, 2 K, 1 BB, 4.23 ERA
Aldridge: (S, 4), 1.0 IP, 0 R, 0 ER, 2 H, 0 K, 0 BB, 0.00 ERA
I missed Hank Conger's return to the minors on May 31, but at least he got a hit and an RBI here. Wilberto Ortiz got a season-high four hits, missing a triple for the cycle, and has a little four-game hit streak going. The pitching wasn't so great, but that was easy to understand with a 25 MPH wind blowing at game time.
2008-06-02: Kane County 8, Cedar Rapids 9 #
Fuller: 0-3, 2 BB, 2 K
Romine: 0-4, 1 BB, 1 K
Estrella: 2-5, 1 HR, 2 RBI, 1 K
Brossman: 2-4, 1 2B, 1 K
Perez: 3-4, 1 HR, 3 RBI
De Los Santos: 1-4, 2 RBI, 1 K
Fish: 5.1 IP, 3 R, 3 ER, 5 H, 4 K, 3 BB, 5.31 ERA
Jimenez: 1.1 IP, 1 R, 1 ER, 0 H, 2 K, 1 BB, 4.50 ERA
Carmona: (BS, 4), 0.2 IP, 4 R, 4 ER, 4 H, 1 K, 1 BB, 6.75 ERA
Brasier: (W, 1-3) (in relief), 1.2 IP, 0 R, 0 ER, 1 H, 2 K, 1 BB, 1.33 ERA
2008-06-02: Orem did not play
2008-06-02: AZL Angels did not play
2008-06-02: Las Vegas 4, Portland 3 #
Repko: 2-5, 1 K
Paul: 2-4, 1 BB, 1 K
LaRoche: 2-4, 1 2B, 1 RBI, 1 BB
Griffin: 3-5, 2 2B, 2 RBI
Meloan: 0-2, 2 K
Meloan: (W, 4-5), 5.2 IP, 1 R, 1 ER, 1 H, 7 K, 5 BB, 4.18 ERA
Koplove: 2.0 IP, 2 R, 2 ER, 2 H, 3 K, 0 BB, 1 HR, 2.45 ERA
Falkenborg: (S, 9), 1.1 IP, 0 R, 0 ER, 0 H, 2 K, 0 BB, 4.78 ERA
He also serves who stands and waits... Andy LaRoche drove in a run and had two hits in this one. The 51's led all the way and only an eighth-inning rally by the Beavers made it close.
2008-06-02: Mobile 5, Jacksonville 2 #
De Jesus: 1-4, 1 K
May: 0-3, 1 BB, 2 K
McDonald: 0-2, 1 K
McDonald: 7.0 IP, 2 R, 2 ER, 3 H, 8 K, 0 BB, 1 HR, 3.90 ERA
Schlichting: (L, 0-1) (in relief), 2.0 IP, 3 R, 3 ER, 6 H, 2 K, 0 BB, 6.00 ERA
His second-best start of the season (one more strikeout would have tied him with his May 1 start in which he received a no-decision also) but his offense was not able to oblige, and his bullpen was no help, either.
2008-06-02: Inland Empire did not play
2008-06-02: Fort Wayne 5, Great Lakes 4 (10 innings) #
Rosario: 2-5, 2 K
Lambo: 1-4, 1 HR, 3 RBI, 1 BB, 1 K
Silverio: 2-4, 1 2B, 1 3B, 1 RBI
Mattingly: 0-4, 2 K
Becker: 2-4
Kutz: 5.0 IP, 2 R, 1 ER, 5 H, 1 K, 0 BB, 2.38 ERA
Sartor: (BS, 2), 4.0 IP, 2 R, 2 ER, 4 H, 2 K, 3 BB, 3.15 ERA
Ramirez, M: (L, 1-3) (in relief), 1.0 IP, 1 R, 1 ER, 2 H, 2 K, 2 BB, 0.37 ERA

2008-06-02: GCL Dodgers did not play
